Water loss at RALEIGH daycare.

This daycare in Raleigh suffered a great loss in their facility. It occurred after hours and we were the ones to be called to salvage this place. We empathized with them but we were excited that we were there to be the ones to help. Upon arrival - we received the information about the job. Unfortunately, their water heater burst causing an ample amount of water to overflow into their facility. We are trained professionals that have the techniques and power to cover any job that comes our way. We want our customers to be heard, valued and supported through this unprecedented time.
This job started with an initial call. That initial call was made to get all needed information and that included the point of contact.
After the call - our crew has the opportunity to meet and greet the customer. We always want to look professional as well as speak that way.
Once we are on site then we will perform a thorough walk-through with the customer and/or the adjuster. We will then set up the expectation of needs to happen and we will complete the consultation.
After the consultation is finished - we will then continue with the scope. As our process with SERVPRO, we will have DAILY quality assurance calls. Our office staff or our production manager will be the one to reach out and that will be our customer's point of contact from start to finish.
