SERVPRO of Lee & South Chatham Counties was called in to help after this home had been flooded. We have been asked before why we have to add drying equipment to flooring and walls, wondering why the water can’t just evaporate on its own.

Secondary damage is the reason for needing drying equipment. Damage that happens after the initial damage is considered secondary, i.e., mold growth.
